Elizabeth

Lead Clinical Director

Elizabeth qualified from The University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland, in 2006. She spent 6 months at the University Surgical Department developing her skills as an intern before moving to the UK and taking a position as a general practitioner in a busy small animal practice in Surrey, where she fell in love with emergency and critical care discipline.

Elizabeth joined Out of Hours services in 2012 and progressed to the Principal Veterinary Surgeon position in 2015, working alongside referral clinicians, before moving to the Head of Out of Hours role in 2017.

She has joined Oak Barn, Alder, and Crofts practices in June 2021 as a Lead Clinical Director, striving to deliver gold standards of patient care across three sites. Her main interests are soft tissue surgery, trauma, critical patient, and transfusion medicine.

Outside of work Elizabeth enjoys all aspects of fitness, in particular tennis and running, and spending time with her two Maine Coon cats, Sherlock and Mycroft.
