Promotion: Free Pet Health Check for new clients

This promotion is running at selected practices within Linnaeus Veterinary Limited. Linnaeus Veterinary Limited (Company Number: 10790375) with a registered office at Friars Gate, 1011 Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands, B90 4BN is the promoter of Free Pet Health Check for new clients. Other veterinary practices outside of Linnaeus Veterinary Group are available.

  1. By participating in the Promotion, you ("Participant" and "you") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Conditions") and confirm that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete.
  2. The Promotion can be changed or withdrawn without notice and will be available for a limited period only. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any and all Participants and may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant that fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements.
  3. Participants shall at all times act in good faith towards both us and the Promotion.

Promotion Details

  1. You will receive a free health check with a veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary nurse during which you will have a one-to-one appointment with a qualified veterinary professional. The Promotion is valid on appointments made between 12 April and 30 June 2023. You must book an appointment via telephone or the online booking system for the offer. Only one offer can be used per new client. The Promotion is only available to Participants who are new clients at Oak Barn Vets. The Promotion entitles you to a consultation with a qualified veterinary professional (vet or nurse) at the participating Linnaeus practices. Consultation times and length may vary. All other products and services are excluded from the Promotion.
  2. The promotion redemption is dependent on appointment availability. Only the cost of the consultation is covered, any treatment/investigations which are required as a result of the consultation are not covered and additional charges may apply. Any further treatment will be charged according to our standard prices.
  3. The Promotion is only available at participating Linnaeus practices. Other non-participating veterinary practices are available.
  4. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  5. The Promotion is not redeemable for cash and there is no cash alternative. The Promotion cannot be transferred or re-sold.
  6. If you have any questions about the Promotion or if you need to get in touch with us, please contact your chosen clinic for further details where your promotion will be redeemed.
  7. The promotion can only be used by individuals who have registered as a new client for Oak Barn Vets. We reserve the right to request confirmation.
  1. The promotion can be redeemed only once per person and only against the purchase of a stated product and not in conjunction with any other offers. Offer product subject to availability. All services are subject to our standard terms of service.
  1. Oak Barn Vets reserves the right to end this activity at any point at its discretion.

Who can participate?

  1. The Promotion is open to individual who are aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom only.
  2. Our employees or those of any of our associated companies, subsidiaries, or anyone else professionally associated with the Promotion (and their families) are excluded from participating in the Promotion.

How to participate

  1. In order to take advantage of the Promotion the participant must:
    1. Must be a new client at Oak Barn Vets.

  1. Our standard Terms and Conditions see oakbarnvets.com/free-pet-health-check and Privacy Statement (see: www.mars.com/privacy-policy-us) shall apply when you participate in the Promotion, to the extent applicable.
  2. Offer ends 30 June 2023 at midnight. The Promotion will not be redeemable after this date.

General

  1. We reserve the right to amend the Promotion or these Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The up-to-date wording of these Conditions will be available for the whole duration of the Promotion at oakbarnvets.com/free-pet-health-check
  2. Offer is not open to employees of Oak Barn Vets
  3. We reserve the right to withhold or void any entry to the Promotion where the Participant breaches (or we reasonably suspect that the relevant Participant has breached or will breach) these Conditions.
  4. We do not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Promotion.
  5. Our decision on any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  6. Third party terms and conditions may apply to any part of the Promotion where applicable
  7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any and all losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in this Promotion.
  8. The Promotion, together with these Conditions, is governed by the laws of England and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
